In fact, there are cobbles sections in every stages of this race ! :angel

Cheers. Yeah, many towns and villages have cobbled streets there. Unfortunately it makes the simulated results very strange and unrealistic, but I had to make a choice and went with realism in 3D race rather than realism in simulation.

Maybe down the difficulty of each cobbled section to the difficulty 1.

That wouldn't help. They are already on difficulty either 1 or 2 and the overall stage cobble difficulty is the lowest possible for all of them.

Just wonderful your last stage. The castle of celorico is  amazing. Angles are so Perfect. Using Avila walls like that is such a good idea.
I Will dowload your race for sure. Very appreciated :up

Thanks! That castle looks good in stage editor where I replaced the pillar of Avila with some other ones. However, in 3D mode the standard Avila pillars are shown. It is ok, but not as pretty. Do you know a solution for that, i.e. how to make the changes in presets appear in game? I noticed the same happens when I try to change forests, fields etc, so now I just leave them as they are predefined.

I have the same problem, that's why I was amazed to see your castle. Don't worry it will be ok with the pillar too ;)

Very nice to finally get a true parcour of GP Izola. I only got a cdx-file so far, so top marks to you mate.
Another cdx-file bites the dust Yeah :banana

Only sad that when one have those very short circuits at the business end it creates a huge mess when the leaders in breakaways lapping the peloton or lost backmarkers. One can hardly figure out who is in the lead and who is actually lapped.

Then I understand you as me got those issue with auto-fields. Placing IB-houses in the editor looks good, then only to find them in the middle of a cornfield, which never looks nice. Isn't the editor and game suppose to figure out to keep the area on which one place an IB shouldn't let a high-growing field almost cover the IB ? I read somewhere that when you place an IB in such area an open place is created in the field. Perhaps I misunderstood that, or just plain do it all wrong.

Yeah I hate the lapped riders hindering in the end of a race. But what can you do, if you want a realistic parcours, it's really something that should be addressed by Cyanide.

Regarding the IBs, it is true, that there is an area around them without vegetation. How big it is depends on the particular object and for houses is usually quite small, so you often get these houses immersed in maize or wheat.

Now that GP Beira was pure joy to race. Nice little villages all built up with creation in mind. They would have been terrible if you used auto-villages, but this is highest mark in my book.
The 3rd stage was the killer and the final was thrilling both in the race and the views. A little jewel indeed. You should all enjoy it.

I made this XML on what I found out on their little informative website. It took some calculation and I hope I got it right. I understood they used a pure Sprint-Classification with no points on the finish line. Anyone that can prove me wrong please sound-off and I make the necessary changes. :prof:
